Statement

Another in a series of four 10" records that I made, starting with ULP 001.

Side A also appears on my CD in an alternate mix. The spacy radio noises on this track that you can hear panning around were actually created by me running around a stereo pair of mics with a small transistor radio.

Side B was built up the (slow) traditional way, by laying a lot of sounds down on bits of tape and editing all the little bits together.

Of the four ULPs, I am most happy with the box on this one. The painting was most successful in relating to what I was trying to express musically.
